Water does not reach the appropriate heat level in the south bathroom. The facility does not have a method for drying hands at the kitchen handwashing sink. Debris is still accumulated inside the reach-in coolers.

The ice machine in the back of the facility has a substantial buildup of debris. The tapioca boba is held at an improper hot temperature of 127 degrees. Wiping cloths used for cleaning are stored on top of countertops. The person in charge cannot demonstrate basic knowledge of foodborne illnesses, holding temperatures or required sanitizers. The three-compartment sink faucet is in disrepair and cannot completely shut off. There is an inadequate air gap underneath the three-compartment sink drain leading to the floor drain. The establishment does not have a certified food protection manager on staff. Food employees are not in possession of a valid food handler card. Food temperature-measuring devices are not provided or readily accessible. The facility lacks a chlorine testing kit to measure the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solution. The facility does not provide a designated area for employees to eat or drink. An employee鈥檚 drink is stored directly above the ice machine. No chlorine solution is being utilized to adequately achieve sanitization. The facility was using a Clorox multi-surface disinfectant that is explicitly not approved for food contact surfaces. An employee is wearing an unapproved watch and bracelets while preparing beverages. The facility is operating with an expired permit.
