Bosque School receives $1 million annual donation for scholarships
Gift comes from solar power billionaire Ron Corio's nonprofit

sa国际传媒官网网页入口鈥檚 Bosque School, a private college-preparatory school for grades six through 12, will receive $1 million annually from a local nonprofit over the next seven years to fund scholarships for students with financial need, school officials announced Thursday.
The Corio Foundation, a Los Ranchos-based nonprofit founded by solar power businessman Ron Corio, pledged the donation after giving $3.5 million to the school in April 2025, Bosque School鈥檚 largest gift in its history.
Corio is the founder of sa国际传媒官网网页入口-based solar power firm Array Technologies and, as of 2024, was New Mexico鈥檚 only billionaire.
Alongside support from six additional 鈥渁ligned donors,鈥 the total gift represents more than $8 million in philanthropic investments over the next seven years, school officials said.

Half of Bosque School鈥檚 students receive need-based financial aid, according to a news release.
