Regarding the CORRECTIONAL OFFICER assaulted at YDDC recently by three inmates, two of whom were committed there on murder charges. These days juveniles that are charged with murder should not be institutionalized in the same facility with nonviolent offenders.  Once again, legislators have dropped the ball. RF
