Back for round two: She Rises Music Festival brings YOLA, KT Tunstall, Big Richard Band and more to Taos on Labor Day weekend
Musician Andrea Magee is the mastermind behind the She Rises Music Festival which will take place in Taos on Labor Day weekend.
Andrea Magee had a vision to create a festival that brings together women.
She Rises Music Festival debuted in 2023 and the festival is returning for the second year on Labor Day weekend at Kit Carson Park in Taos.
The lineup this year features YOLA, KT Tunstall, Jade Bird, Big Richard Band, Three Women & The Truth, and the Women鈥檚 Indigenous Choir.
Magee says more musicians will be announced as the date gets closer.
On Aug. 30, Deana Carter and Austin supergroup PAACK, composed of frontwomen from Madam Radar, Andrea Magee/Beat Root Revival, The Reverent Few and Cari Hutson & Good Company will perform a VIP concert.
Magee, alongside her business partner Sarah Hearne with High Desert Entertainment, LLC, have built a boutique destination festival led by, created by and nurtured by women to encourage women and have curated a one-of-a-kind all-female lineup that celebrates the diverse voices and talents of women in music.
Rooted in the motto 鈥淲hen She Rises, We Rise,鈥� the She Rises Festival also presents an intimate, inclusive and unique opportunity for a girls鈥� weekend getaway or retreat.

Magee says She Rises is more than just a music festival 鈥� it鈥檚 a platform for showcasing and celebrating female musicians, entrepreneurs, and creatives from around the world.
