New Mexicans might know the taste of elote, a Mexican street corn dish slathered with crema and topped with cotija cheese, lime and chili powder. For anyone craving the kick of this savory snack, here are four places that offer elote in sa国际传媒官网网页入口.

This food truck sits on the corner of Carlisle and Candelaria, as a brick and mortar of the El Mero Mero restaurant. The food truck serves elote en vaso (elote in a cup or jar), full elotes on the cob and an elote topped with Taki dust, also known as the Taki elote. The food truck also offers items like flan, mangos with chamoy and fresca con crema.

El Paraiso serves a variety of elotes, drinks and desserts to satisfy the palette. Customers can personalize the cupped elote with chips of their choice, nacho cheese and hot sauce. Other menu items include paletas, clamatos and tortas.
