Mallery Quetawki (Zuni) will be at the Coronado Historic Site from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 3, for an artist demonstration. The demonstration is part of an ongoing series at the site on the first Sunday of each month through October highlighting artists from New Mexico鈥檚 pueblos and Arizona鈥檚 Hopi villages. Admission is free to New Mexico residents on first Sundays and for qualifying individuals, and $7 for nonresidents. The Coronado Historic Site is located at 485 Kuaua Road in Bernalillo.
Grand canyons
Alan Paine Radebaugh is showing 鈥淐anyons: New Works鈥 through May 29 at the Robert M. Ellis Art Collection Trust, 7401 Menual Blvd. NE. Visitors can view the work, influenced by Radebaugh鈥檚 travel through the Southwest, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, 1-4 p.m. Thursday, and 3-6 p.m. Friday (please ring the gallery doorbell), or by appointment at info@radebaughfineart.com.
鈥楩un, Fantasy and Frivolity鈥
The Wild Hearts Gallery is showing 鈥淩oger Evans: Fun, Fantasy and Frivolity鈥 through May 31. There will be an artist reception from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 16. The exhibit explores the connection between memory and experience, ranging from the absurd to the familiar. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and is located at 221-B State Highway 165 in Placitas.

The Old Hat Stringband will be bringing bluegrass and folk to the Cobb House, 5903 Padre Roberto Road NW in Los Ranchos de sa国际传媒官网网页入口, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 2. Tickets are $24.54 at holdmyticket.com.
Coffee and clarinets
The last New Mexico Philharmonic Coffee Concert, 鈥淲ater Music,鈥 is coming to the First Presbyterian Church at 10:45 a.m. Friday, May 1. The program includes with George Frideric Handel鈥檚 鈥淎rrival of the Queen of Sheba鈥 and Antonio Vivaldi鈥檚 Cello Concerto in a minor, RV 419, featuring sa国际传媒官网网页入口 youth cellist Sydney Tasker. Tickets are $10-$53 at nmphil.org. The First Presbyterian Church is located at 215 Locust St. NE.
Lots of fiber
The Bosque Redondo Memorial at Fort Sumner Historic Site is hosting its annual Fiber Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturady, May 2. Visitors can watch sheep sheering, help prepare wool for use, learn hand-spinning and more. The event also features a pop-up exhibit of New Mexico fiber art professionals. Admission is $7 for adults and free for qualified individuals, at nmhistoricsites.org/bosque-redondo. Bosque Redondo Memorial is located at 3647 Billy the Kid Road in Fort Sumner.
A Turkish delight
The 11th annual sa国际传媒官网网页入口 Turkish Festival is celebrating Turkish culture from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 2. The free festival will feature food, live music, arts and crafts, and a whirling dervish performance. The Raindrop Foundation is located at 7901 Mountain Road NE, Suite A.
