Funeral services for the 'Godson' of New Mexico music, a performer who spent over half a century blending traditional rancheras with rock and folk, were held on Saturday. Alberto 'Al Hurricane Jr.' Sanchez was 66 when he died last month from a heart attack. The service was held at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
